Requirements to Create a Nonkyc.io Account

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Account Standing: Users who have previously had their Nonkyc.io account suspended or terminated are not eligible to create a new account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Nonkyc.io Accounts

2FA is an essential security feature required for all Nonkyc.io accounts. You must set up 2FA to access and use services on the exchange.

How to Enable 2FA:

  1. Access Account Settings: Go to your “Account Settings” page and scroll to the “Security” section.
  2. Enable Two-Factor Security: Locate the “Two Factor Security” option and click the “Enable” button.
  3. Set Up 2FA: You’ll be redirected to the “Enable Two Factor Security” page, where a QR code and 2FA key are generated for your account.
  4. Save Your Backup: Print or securely save the QR code and key. If you lose your two-factor device, you can scan the QR code or enter the key on a new device to regain access.
  5. Add to Your Authenticator: Use an authenticator app of your choice to scan the QR code or enter the 2FA key. Common options include mobile apps and browser plugins.
  6. Enter Your OTP: The authenticator will generate a time-based one-time password (TOTP) that updates every 30 seconds. Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the input field.
  7. Confirmation: After entering the PIN, you’ll return to “Account Settings,” where the status for “Two Factor Security” will now show as “Enabled.”

Two-factor authentication is mandatory for logging in, updating account settings, and adding new withdrawal addresses on Nonkyc.io, providing added protection for your account.

Binding a Phone Number to Your Nonkyc.io Account

Adding a phone number to your account enhances security, allowing SMS recovery if you lose access to your primary two-factor authentication device.

Steps to Bind a Phone Number:

  1. Access Account Settings: Go to your “Account Settings” page and scroll to the “Security” section.
  2. Enable Phone Binding: Locate “Bind Phone Number” and click the “Enable” button.
  3. Enter Your Phone Number: A window will appear where you can enter the phone number you want to bind to your account.
  4. Country Code Selection: Choose your country code, then input your complete phone number.
  5. Receive PIN: Click “Send PIN” to receive a verification PIN via SMS on your device.
  6. Input SMS PIN: Enter the SMS PIN in the designated field on the pop-up window.
  7. Enter 2FA PIN: Below the SMS PIN, input the current 6-digit 2FA code from your authenticator app.
  8. Confirmation: After entering the 2FA code, you’ll be redirected back to “Account Settings,” where the “Bind Phone Number” status will now show as “Enabled.”

Your phone number is now successfully bound to your Nonkyc.io account, adding an extra layer of protection.

How to Deposit Digital Assets on Nonkyc.io

As a crypto-only exchange, Nonkyc.io supports deposits only for assets and networks that are officially listed. Double-check the deposit details on your deposit page before sending to ensure a smooth process (e.g., minimum deposit amounts, correct address, etc.).

Steps to Deposit:

  1. Open Wallet and Select Asset: Go to your “Wallet” page and use the search bar to find the asset you wish to deposit.
  2. Access Deposit Page: Click on “Deposit,” which will take you to the deposit page for the selected asset.
  3. Choose Network: Select the appropriate supported network for the asset.
  4. Deposit Address: A unique deposit address will be generated for you. You can scan the QR code or copy the address directly.

Note: Certain assets (e.g., XRP, XLM) may require a payment ID or memo. Always include the assigned ID to ensure your deposit posts successfully.

Complete Deposit: Once your address is generated, you can deposit immediately with no limits on deposit amounts.

Important Information:

  • Network Confirmations: Deposits require a certain number of block confirmations from the network before appearing in your account. Confirmation speeds depend on the network you use.
  • High-Risk Assets: Some assets require additional confirmations before the funds can be withdrawn. This measure helps mitigate risks, like double-spend attacks, and ensures the security of your deposits.

By following these steps, you can securely deposit assets into your Nonkyc.io account.

What to Do if Your Deposit Is Not Credited

If a deposit is missing from your Nonkyc.io account, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Rescan the Transaction:

  1. Navigate to Wallet: Go to your “Wallet” page and click the HUGE RED BUTTON “Rescan For Deposit” button. A window will appear.
  2. Enter Asset Details:

  4. Initiate Rescan: Click “Rescan” and allow a few minutes for the process to complete, then refresh the page.
    • If the rescan is successful, the deposit will appear under your recent deposits. This feature helps ensure that any overlooked transactions are credited to your account accurately.

Deposit Errors and Solutions

If a rescan is unsuccessful, there may be an issue with the transaction or the asset itself. To check the status of a deposit, navigate to the asset page for the specific asset, or use an appropriate blockchain explorer, accessible from the asset page.

How to Access the Asset Page:

  1. Navigate to the Markets Page: Go to https://nonkyc.io/markets.
  2. Search for the Asset:
    • Select “All Assets” and enter the asset name or ticker in the search bar.
  3. Open the Asset Page: Click on the asset name to be redirected to its page.

You can also access an asset’s page from your “Wallet” by clicking on the asset name. The asset page provides details on the asset’s current status, including information on tokenomics, descriptions, and essential links like the official website, explorer, and social channels.

Possible Deposit Issues:

  • Custom Contract: Used a custom contract for the deposit.
  • Missing or Incomplete Payment ID/Memo: Certain assets require these for accurate posting.
  • Mining Deposits: Attempted to mine directly to your account.
  • Network Compatibility: Sent assets on a supported or unsupported network.
  • Service Status: Asset deposits may be closed due to maintenance or other reasons.

Non-Recoverable Deposit Issues:

  • Incorrect Deposit Address: The deposit address does not match the required format.
  • Invalid Transaction: The transaction is invalid on the blockchain.
  • Below Minimum Deposit Amount: The deposit amount is below the required minimum.

What to Do if Your Withdrawal Is Not Received

If a withdrawal from your Nonkyc.io account has not been received, is stuck in one of the initial processing stages, or is repeatedly canceled, there are a few steps you can take before contacting support.

Withdrawal Errors and Solutions

Withdrawals progress through four stages. Below is a guide on each stage and potential issues that may cause delays. If your withdrawal is stuck in any of the first three stages for more than 10 minutes, please open a support ticket on https://nonkyc.io/support.

Withdrawal Stages and Troubleshooting

  1. Validating: The withdrawal request is under validation by the exchange’s system.
    • Possible Issues:
    • A restriction on your account is preventing withdrawal.
    • A high-risk asset you recently deposited has not received sufficient confirmations.
  2. Processing: Once validated, the asset is processed for withdrawal.
    • Possible Issues:
    • An error that requires administrator review.
    • The withdrawal exceeds the “Fast Withdraw Maximum Amount.”
  3. Processed: The withdrawal has been sent to the network but is awaiting network confirmation.
    • Possible Issues:
    • The transaction failed to be accepted or confirmed by the network.
  4. Confirmed: The withdrawal is successfully confirmed by the network and has been sent to the destination address.

Common Causes of Withdrawal Cancellations

If every withdrawal attempt is canceled shortly after submission, check the withdrawal status notes for errors. The most common reasons for automatic cancellations are:

  • Insufficient Funds: The current withdrawal fee is not covered by your available balance.
  • Negative Balance: Overdraws from recent trades or invalid deposits can create a negative balance in your account.

Resolving these issues will allow your withdrawal to proceed smoothly. For additional assistance, contact Nonkyc.io support at https://nonkyc.io/support.
